Form 1099s

Form 1099s are mailed out to registered holders with the January dividend checks. The Form 1099 is the top portion of the check. Please read it carefully. CA pays cash dividends semi-annually, in January and July. The 1099 that's part of the January dividend check is for the dividends paid in the prior calendar year - last January's and July's payments. The current January payment will be on next year's Form 1099. CA's transfer agent, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services administers dividend payments for CA. Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP)

CA does offer a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) to registered shareholders who own 50 or more shares of CA stock. As an additional feature of the DRIP registered shareholders may also make voluntary optional cash investments.
