O'Riordan joins CA from AppDynamics, where he was responsible for the successful delivery of the company's global services. During his two-year tenure at AppDynamics, he increased the level of engagement with their professional, education and customer success businesses. Prior to AppDynamics, O'Riordan spent six years at BMC where he led their professional and education services across EMEA and APJ regions.
