Code of Conduct
Our CA Technologies Code of Conduct
The CA Technologies Code of Conduct (the "Code") embodies our commitment to doing business with the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Our Code serves as a useful resource and information guide for our employees to help them understand our expectations of them when they are conducting business on behalf of the company. It covers our fundamental business rules and our unwavering commitment to doing what is right and complying with the law, no matter where we do business around the world.
While no Code can possibly address every compliance issue or ethical dilemma an employee may encounter in his/her work for CA Technologies, it serves as a good starting point for guidance on how employees should be conducting business on behalf of CA Technologies.
Our Code is the foundation of our global compliance program that includes, among other things, policies, training, awareness initiatives and multiple avenues for employees to escalate issues or concerns, including our Helpline and Webline.
Our Code is delivered electronically to all CA Technologies employees, who are required to read and certify their compliance with the Code on an annual basis. You can view our Code by clicking below:
Partner Guide to Our Code of Conduct
For CA Technologies business partners, we have developed a companion guide that is based on our Code. This guide is distributed to all of our partners who must certify compliance with the principles set forth in the guide.
CA Technologies Helpline and Webline
The CA Technologies third-party operated Helpline (1 800 648-8014 in the US and Canada) and Webline* (from any computer https://www.cawebline.com) are 24 x 7 avenues that employees, customers, partners or vendors may use to report issues or concerns about CA Technologies business.
*Where permitted by local law, users of the Helpline or Webline can remain anonymous, if they so choose, and may conduct the call in either English or their native language. CA Technologies provides local access numbers for its Helpline on the Company intranet which allows employees around the world to contact a local number. Non employees, who do not speak English, should utilize the CA Technologies Webline.
The UN Global Compact
In line with CA Technologies' values and commitment to building strong and productive communities worldwide, CA Technologies signed the United Nations (UN) Global Compact the world's largest, global corporate citizenship initiative, in 2007. CA Technologies agrees to support and advance the organization's Ten Principles, which cover human rights, labor standards, the environment and anti-corruption. Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact includes more than 3,000 businesses and other stakeholders across 100 countries, all committed to a more sustainable and inclusive global economy.
